When manufacturing round shapes with press stamping there are two ways: curling and drawing.
Either method is available at our company.
We'll propose the optimal method keeping in mind the purpose for using the product, the required strength, the lead time allowed, etc.
A progressive die with a total of 25 processes, die length of 700mm, and a 150-ton press machine.
Material: SUS304CSP-1/2H (spring steel)
Thickness: t0.3mm
Processing elements included: Blanking, punching (round, square), right-angle bending, hemming, drawing, etc.
The more bending points there are, the exponentially more difficult it becomes to maintain overall precision.
We specialize in precision-demanding stamped parts with a high number of processes, from prototyping to mass production.

This part, previously assembled using a combination of resin and machined components, has been integrally formed using the reverse drawing process.
The conventional product (resin + machined parts) had issues with airtightness, which were resolved by integrating the parts into a single piece. Additionally, this reduced the assembly workload.
Approximate dimensions: Outer drawing φ18.2mm, inner drawing φ9.9mm, total length 19mm.
We successfully achieved cost reduction by producing a component, which previously required post-press cutting to create 0.35mm-deep grooves on the inner walls (0.7mm thickness) of a square-drawn part, using simultaneous press processing at 8 locations.
Additionally, the outer surface shows almost no traces of the inner groove processing, making it suitable for use as an exterior component.
Approximate dimensions: 45mm × 45mm, height 7mm
Material: Brass (C2680 1/4H)
We provide a round-tip product by applying splitting (Warisaki) processing technology.
・To change the material shape from flat metal to round metal!
・To put the round shaped part to the flat metal directly!
We can cope with a specially ordered product if the diameter of the round shape is within the dimension which can be put on the press.
We constantly handle with the extending of the materials.
ONLY ONE Processing Technology [Warizaki Method]

A progressive die method for caulking metal to resin.
The riveting technique used is called burring.
This method is applied to components used in automatic curtain rails.
[Partial Warizaki] Method
Integrally molded piece.
The production of reflex reflectors—especially for photoelectric switch sensors and bicycles—requires advanced design, machining, and assembly techniques. Only a select few companies worldwide possess the expertise to manufacture such precision molds.
Since 1958, when we successfully developed reflector molds using our proprietary technology, we have been supplying molds, standard electroformed products, and molded components to major brand companies both domestically and internationally.
