This product is made using our unique Direct Fiber Injection Molding Method for CFRTP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) molding.

Material Composition:
The primary material is PA-based GF-reinforced material, with additional carbon fiber (CF) for further enhancement.
(CF can also be added to materials other than PA-based plastics.)
Compared to general long fiber pellets (LFP), our molding process ensures longer fiber retention within the molded product, resulting in a higher aspect ratio and increased strength.

Additionally, in-house compounding allows us to offer cost reduction proposals.

Resin Outdoor Gear | CFRTP Motorcycle Camping Peg with Built-In Tool Lightweight / Compact / Motorcycle Camping

The photo shows a resin-made camping peg designed specifically for motorcycle camping.
Marketed for bike campers, this peg incorporates a hex wrench function, allowing it to be used as a simple tool. To enhance portability, the overall length has been shortened; however, a double-peg structure ensures secure holding power. The peg also features a stacking function, allowing multiple pegs to be bundled neatly for transport.
This product is commercially available as “HEXA STAKE.”

Resin Components | CFRTP Hexagonal Screws Lightweight / Metal Replacement

The photo shows a resin-made hexagonal screw component.
Designed for weight reduction, this part is molded from CFRTP as a metal replacement solution. In addition to external threads, internal threads are also formed by molding using a core mechanism, enabling complex thread geometries in a single process.

Golf Tee “KANZASHITEE” / Biodegradable Resin / SDGs

As the name suggests, it features a design that can also be worn as a decorative hairpin (kanzashi).
The KANZASHITEE series includes two types:
