Laser Welding Process, Weld Structure Observation, and Quality Control

We perform full-circumference and spot welding using a fiber laser welding machine.
Cross-section polishing is conducted to inspect the welding condition, including voids and blowholes.
Quality control is also carried out alongside these inspections.

Forged Press-Formed Sheet Metal Component

This product is formed from sheet material with protrusions and recesses on both sides, requiring high dimensional accuracy.
It is manufactured using a press method with a die.
