Features of Spiral-Shaped Pipes for Heat Exchangers Like Heat Pipes:
The functional part of the heat exchanger can be reduced to 1/2 to 1/3 the size of conventional serpentine-shaped pipes.
Heat exchange efficiency improves by approximately 30–50% compared to traditional designs.
A multi-layered structure for the heat exchanger's functional parts is possible.
→ With this technology, the pipe does not take on a helical shape. Instead, the height (Z-direction) of the spiral-shaped product matches the pipe's diameter.
→ As a result, spiral-shaped pipes can be easily stacked in layers, allowing for space-saving designs and leading to overall product miniaturization.
This breakthrough technology enables freeform bending of pipes with the required minimum bending radius (R) by continuously moving an eccentrically positioned bending die (mold).

Our expertise in thin-walled brass pipe brazing is a skill traditionally associated with experienced craftsmen, but as aging progresses in the industry, we are actively training young talent to ensure sustainable production.
We also provide essential training in aluminum brazing, electric welding, and gas welding as mandatory skills for new employees upon joining the company.

We have a well-equipped laser processing facility, including:

4-axis precision cutting laser machine
3D (2KW) laser cutter
2D (4KW) laser cutter
Since 2008, we have introduced 4-axis precision cutting technology (cutting accuracy of 4/1000mm) for precision processing. If the material thickness is between 0.1mm and 1.0mm, we can ensure this level of cutting accuracy. This allows for the precise and complex cutting of sheets, pipes, and other materials.

Our pipe bending process is carefully classified based on equipment, jigs, and processing methods. We provide optimal processing solutions tailored to the customer’s design, shape, and intended application.

Plastic Deformation Processing Using Press Technology (Aluminum φ28–30)

By applying our pipe bending expertise, we also perform flaring and deep drawing processes using press techniques.

This product was proposed to our customers as a VA (Value Analysis) solution, transitioning the manufacturing process from cutting to pressing. This advancement is a testament to the dedication of our in-house engineers.
