This is a component that was traditionally manufactured through machine processing but has now been converted to press processing using stainless steel deep drawing.
A notable achievement is the successful creation of an O-ring groove.
Approximate dimensions: Total length 37mm, φ12.5mm, flange φ19mm
O-ring groove: φ9.2mm, width 2.3mm.
This part, previously assembled using a combination of resin and machined components, has been integrally formed using the reverse drawing process.
The conventional product (resin + machined parts) had issues with airtightness, which were resolved by integrating the parts into a single piece. Additionally, this reduced the assembly workload.
Approximate dimensions: Outer drawing φ18.2mm, inner drawing φ9.9mm, total length 19mm.
A stainless steel part processed with multi-stage deep drawing and necking.
Approximate dimensions:
Diameters: φ13.6mm – φ25mm – φ29mm
Necking diameter: φ23mm
Total length: 35mm
A stainless steel part manufactured using deep drawing method.
The deep drawing process is performed using a transfer press, followed by a single-stage process to create 33 piercing holes.
Approximate dimensions:
Outer diameter: φ16mm
Total length: 54mm
Hole sizes: φ2mm × 31 holes, φ3mm × 2 holes
We successfully achieved cost reduction by producing a component, which previously required post-press cutting to create 0.35mm-deep grooves on the inner walls (0.7mm thickness) of a square-drawn part, using simultaneous press processing at 8 locations.
Additionally, the outer surface shows almost no traces of the inner groove processing, making it suitable for use as an exterior component.
Approximate dimensions: 45mm × 45mm, height 7mm
Material: Brass (C2680 1/4H)
This is an ultra-deep drawing process for nickel silver.
Dimensions: φ8mm, length 140mm, thickness 0.5mm.
We also have experience processing brass, aluminum, and stainless steel.
This is a component manufactured by applying an irregular-shaped ultra-deep drawing process to aluminum.
Approximate dimensions: 7mm × 20mm, length 150mm.
A component produced through multi-stage drawing using a transfer press.
Approximate dimensions: φ8mm - φ12mm - φ22mm, height 17mm.
This is an irregular-shaped deep drawing process for aluminum.
Approximate dimensions: 8.5mm × 34mm, depth 80mm, thickness 0.45mm.
These are cosmetic exterior parts produced using a transfer press.
As they are exterior components, deep drawing and ironing processes are applied to achieve a smooth and refined surface finish.
This is a deep drawing process for square copper tubes.
Manufactured from 0.6mm thick material using deep drawing and ironing processes.
Approximate dimensions: 9mm × 9mm, depth 68mm, sidewall thickness 0.25mm.
A 30-ton transfer press used for multi-stage deep drawing of stainless steel.
A die used for forward and backward extrusion of copper with a 160-ton cold forging press (knuckle joint press).
A 20-ton transfer press for small parts.
We operate an 80-ton transfer press and produce 500,000 cosmetic exterior parts per month.
The photo shows deep drawing of pure titanium type 1, Φ6.3 × 40.
We also have experience processing the same shape using beta-type titanium alloy.
