At Hanno Seimitsu Kogyo Co., Ltd., we leverage many years of accumulated expertise in mold design and manufacturing to successfully handle even highly challenging geometries.
★ What is deep drawing?
Deep drawing is a forming technique in which sheet metal is shaped into a cylindrical form without causing material fracture. Product quality is significantly influenced by material flow control and mold precision.
Furthermore, by incorporating a cam mechanism into the progressive die to perform side-compression processing simultaneously, secondary processes can be eliminated while ensuring stable and consistent product shapes.
With press machines ranging from 25 to 80 tons, servo presses, and advanced shape-measuring equipment, we demonstrate strong capabilities in the processing of fine, thin-sheet, and small components.
We support a wide range of applications, including medical components and automotive parts.
In-house delivery is available within the Northern Kanto region, and nationwide shipping is also supported.
If you have any challenges related to progressive press processing, please feel free to contact us.

______________
We would like to introduce a press processing case study featuring a dog charm made from aluminum.
The outer shape is formed using a single-die press process, followed by integrated in-house painting and silk-screen printing.
For pet-related products, lightweight design and safety are just as important as visual appeal. Aluminum is an ideal material due to its low weight and excellent machinability, helping to reduce the burden on pets when worn.
From the mold design stage, careful consideration is given to ensuring stable dimensional accuracy, even for fine and intricate shapes.
In addition, by performing both painting and silk-screen printing in-house, we minimize variations in color and finish, resulting in consistent and stable quality.
★ What is silk-screen printing?
Silk-screen printing is a method in which ink is transferred directly onto a product using a printing plate. It allows logos and text to be reproduced clearly, even on metal components.
At Hanno Seimitsu, we specialize in press processing of small items and thin metal parts, and we flexibly support production from prototyping to mass production.
Please feel free to contact us regarding consultations for original charm designs or novelty product manufacturing.
